Becoming and allowing yourself to feel uncomfortable, is a mismatch in itself, the Nervous system and brain reacts as a result of a mismatch or gap, it releases a specific chemical cocktail which marks the very neurons for plasticity ( change/evolution ).
When there’s agitation in the inside of our body’s, epinephrine through the HPA AXIS is released which alerts us or making us more vigilant if not, in doing so, we need to pay attention to the stressor and /or discomfort, the nucleus basalis in the basal forebrain releases acetylcholine which along with epinephrine is deployed. As we move forward taking action, dopamine in the vta ( ventral tag mental area ) is released to reward the process.
That’s how we change through discomfort. The purpose of being outside of your environment, thinking higher than your feelings ~ out of the danger zone.
Suddenly we evolve and now we’re co creators and not the victim anymore.
